StatementCSV

StatementCSV turns a bank statement PDF into a clean CSV. Upload the statement PDF you already downloaded from your bank, review the rows in an editable table in your browser, fix any date, description, or amount, then download a standard CSV with date, description, and amount columns.

There's no bank login and no Plaid. The PDF is read in your browser and isn't uploaded or stored.

StatementCSV labels Chase, American Express, Bank of America, Citi, and Capital One statements, and treats anything else as Generic. Every statement goes through the same line parser, so you can try yours in the free preview first: it shows the detected bank, how many transactions it found, and the first 5 rows before you pay. Always compare the row totals against the ending balance on the PDF.

The export imports into QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Excel, and most bookkeeping tools. It's useful for bookkeepers, freelancers, and small businesses who only have PDF statements and need the transactions in a spreadsheet.
