1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using PublishYourSaaS, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. PublishYourSaaS is an independently operated personal website, not a company or incorporated organization. If you submit a product for someone else, you represent that you have permission to do so. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate information.
These terms and the required listing confirmations apply whether you submit through an account or through the account-free manual submission process. By checking the confirmations and submitting a listing, you confirm that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and third-party sign-in
Accounts use Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for your authentication provider account's security and for activity performed through your PublishYourSaaS session. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate others or create accounts to evade restrictions.
You may alternatively submit a listing for manual review without an account. That path does not provide dashboard access. You must provide an accurate contact email and authorize us to contact you about the submission, payment, and review decision.
3. Listings and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PublishYourSaaS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, index, distribute, and promote that content as needed to operate and market the directory.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to your text, images, trademarks, links, and other submitted material, and that the content is accurate and does not violate law or another party's rights. You also represent that you own the product or listing content, or otherwise have the authority and all permissions needed to publish it through PublishYourSaaS.
Account-free submissions remain private until reviewed. We may approve, reject, edit, or request clarification before publication. Approval may create an unclaimed public listing that an authorized website owner can later claim through domain verification.
Public maker profiles
You may publish a maker profile containing your chosen username, photo, bio, and external links. Your active products, launch history, ownership relationship, and earned badges may then be displayed publicly. You are responsible for keeping profile information accurate, using only photos and content you have permission to publish, and not impersonating another person or organization. You can make the profile private from the dashboard, although third-party caches may persist.
Product discussions and feedback
Signed-in users may ask product questions, leave constructive feedback, and react to comments as Useful. Listing owners may reply as the product owner. Contributions must be relevant, respectful, truthful, and based on a genuine attempt to help or understand the product. We may hide or remove comments, replies, or reactions that are abusive, promotional, repetitive, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise violate these terms.
4. Website listing claims, verification, and transfers
PublishYourSaaS may create public listings using information available from a website or other public sources. An admin-created listing without an assigned owner may be marked as unclaimed. If you own the listed website or are authorized to act for its owner, you may request control of the listing by signing in and completing the domain verification process described in our website claiming guide.
Domain verification requires you to publish the unique DNS TXT record provided for your claim. A successful match demonstrates control of the domain for this verification process and attaches the listing to your account. It does not establish legal ownership of a domain, business, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.
You may not claim a listing without authorization, use another claimant's verification record, interfere with a claim, or provide false ownership information. Claim challenges expire, may be rate limited, and may be invalidated after successful verification or when another authorized claim is completed.
Disputes and revocation
We may pause, reject, reverse, or revoke a claim; restore a listing to unclaimed status; request additional evidence; or restrict account access when we reasonably suspect fraud, mistake, unauthorized control, conflicting claims, policy violations, or a risk to the website owner or service. We may preserve the listing while a dispute is reviewed.
Ownership transfers
A current listing owner should contact us before transferring control to another person or organization. We may require the new representative to sign in separately, repeat domain verification, and provide supporting information. Do not transfer a listing by sharing your Google or GitHub account or your PublishYourSaaS session. Paid listing features remain subject to their original purchase terms and may be reviewed during a transfer.
Claim or transfer questions can be sent to publishyoursaas@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
PublishYourSaaS does not accept listings for products or services that are trading apps, or that involve cryptocurrency, adult content, gambling, drugs, weapons, or illegal services. This restriction applies to both account-based and account-free manual submissions.
You may not use PublishYourSaaS to:
- Submit or promote trading apps, cryptocurrency, adult content, gambling, drugs, weapons, or illegal services.
- Submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or fraudulent content.
- Distribute malware, manipulate traffic, scrape excessively, or interfere with service security.
- Misrepresent sponsorship, ownership, product capabilities, pricing, or affiliation.
- Spam users, create duplicate listings, abuse badges, or attempt to manipulate rankings.
- Harass makers or commenters, post fake feedback, coordinate reaction manipulation, or use product discussions for unsolicited promotion.
- Reverse engineer restricted portions of the service except where law expressly permits it.
6. Plans, payments, and refunds
Paid plans are one-time purchases at the price displayed before checkout. Whop processes payment and may apply its own terms. Features depend on the selected plan and may include sponsor placement, permanent dofollow treatment, homepage visibility, or SEO articles.
Starter manual submissions can be purchased without an account. A manual submission enters the review queue only after Whop confirms payment, remains private during review, and is published with the purchased plan only if staff approves it.
Refund requests are handled according to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law. A refund, reversal, or dispute may remove paid entitlements and return a listing to the available free-plan treatment.
If a submission violates the content restrictions in these terms, we may reject it before publication or unpublish it after publication. Fees paid for a submission that violates those restrictions are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Backlinks, badges, and search visibility
Free listings are nofollow by default and may become dofollow while a valid PublishYourSaaS badge is installed and verified. Paid-plan treatment is subject to the purchased entitlement. You may not alter a badge to misrepresent verification.
We provide search-ready pages and metadata, but do not guarantee indexing time, search-engine inclusion, rankings, traffic, conversions, domain authority, or any specific SEO result.
8. Moderation, suspension, and termination
We may reject, edit, unpublish, remove, or reclassify content and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, address legal requests, prevent abuse, or preserve directory quality. We may discontinue features with reasonable consideration for existing paid entitlements.
9. Third-party services and links
Listings link to third-party websites, and the service integrates with Google, GitHub, and Whop. We do not control third-party content, availability, security, policies, products, or transactions. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
10. Intellectual property
PublishYourSaaS branding, software, design, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of them. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or specific results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PublishYourSaaS and the individual website owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party content or services. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain intact.
12. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and changing the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights.
