StatementDock converts PDF bank statements into Excel (.xlsx), CSV or Tally Prime XML (a ledgers file and a vouchers file). It is tested and supported on SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak and Bank of Baroda statements, and other Indian banks often convert too.
Your statement stays in your browser. The conversion runs on your own device, so the PDF is never uploaded and never seen by us. Every row is checked against the running balance, and anything that doesn't match is flagged for review instead of guessed.
It's built for accountants, CAs and small businesses who would otherwise retype bank entries into Tally or Excel. The Tally output follows the real import path in Tally Prime (Alt+O, Masters, then Transactions), and unmatched entries go to Suspense so you can review them.
Free for up to 5 pages a day, with no card needed. The paid Starter and Unlimited plans add more pages and batch uploads of up to 50 files. Scanned (image-only) statements aren't supported yet.
