Zauberflow is made for people who do office work, not for programmers. If you can set an out-of-office reply in Outlook, you can set up a flow. Ten ready-built German templates across seven business areas are waiting in every trial account: filing Outlook invoice attachments and logging them in a list, AI summaries of incoming support emails posted to the team chat, Microsoft Teams reminders before meetings, a daily report from Google Sheets by email, or an hourly check that the company website is reachable. Users connect the accounts they already have, most flows run within 15 minutes, and every run shows up in a log. Around 700 apps can be connected, a built-in AI assistant helps inside the drag-and-drop builder, support answers in German and the servers run in Nuremberg, Germany. The 14-day trial comes with the full Pro feature set and no credit card.
